Lynn Rich

Lynn Rich has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Global Human Resources at Weiler Abrasives Group since September 2023. Prior to that, Lynn served as an Independent Director at the same company from February 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining Weiler Abrasives Group, Lynn worked at Vertiv. They had various roles at Vertiv, including Director of Sales Strategy and Planning from October 2022 to August 2023, Customer Program Manager from January 2021 to October 2022, and HR Chief of Staff from August 2019 to January 2021. As HR Chief of Staff, Lynn was responsible for managing the HR executive leadership team's operating cadence, driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, and developing communication material for the Chief Human Resource Officer.

Prior to Vertiv, Lynn worked at Sutphen Corporation. They held positions such as International Business Development Manager from February 2018 to August 2019, Sales Territory Manager from January 2017 to February 2018, International Sales Application Engineer from September 2015 to January 2017, International Marketing Specialist from June 2013 to September 2015, and Export Intern from May 2012 to May 2013. In these roles, Lynn was responsible for growing international business, developing strategies, improving sales and profit margins, and handling various tasks related to international marketing and trade.

Lynn's early work experience includes roles at The Ohio State University as a University Ambassador from December 2010 to March 2013 and as an Orientation Leader from June 2011 to June 2012.

Lynn Rich has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences. Lynn also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Additionally, they hold the Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) certification from NASBITE International.
