Gary Provencher

Gary Provencher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Weinberg, Roger & Rosenfeld since September 2007, Gary previously held the position of Corporate Proxy Analyst at Glass, Lewis & Co. in 2004. Gary's foundational experience includes service in the US Army from 1994 to 1998. Educational accomplishments include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law (2004-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley (2000-2003).
