Ethan Wilkinson

Ethan Wilkinson is a legal professional with extensive experience in employment defense, professional liability, and environmental defense. Currently a member at Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial since November 2020, Ethan previously served as an associate at Scott Dukes & Geisler, P.C. from May 2016 to October 2020, where focus was on defending small and mid-sized employers in Alabama. Earlier experience includes a law clerk position at Richard M. Kemmer, Jr., P.C., various research assistant roles at the University of Alabama School of Law, and internships with EBSCO Information Services, the Alabama Supreme Court Law Library, and the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation. Ethan holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Birmingham-Southern College.
