Samantha Wells

Samantha Wells has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Samantha is currently the Director of People Operations at WeInfuse, where they play a crucial role in centralizing and streamlining all aspects of Infusion Center management. Previously, Samantha worked as a Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Support at WeInfuse before assuming their current role.

Prior to their time at WeInfuse, Samantha worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Goosehead Insurance Agency. Samantha was responsible for recruiting new talent for the company. Before that, they worked at ITS - Internet Travel Solutions, first as a Sales Executive and later as a Senior Business Development Manager.

Samantha also gained experience in the hospitality industry during their time at Hilton. Samantha started as a Management Development Program Trainee before being promoted to the role of Manager at the Hilton Anatole. Additionally, they interned as a Human Resources Assistant at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center.

Early in their career, Samantha held an internship as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Bozzuto, where they gained valuable experience in sales and marketing. Samantha also interned as a Management Intern at Connected Ventures Technology.

Throughout their career, Samantha has showcased their expertise in talent acquisition, human resources, business development, and management.

Samantha Wells holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Hospitality & Tourism Management, with a minor in Psychology, from Virginia Tech. Samantha has also obtained additional certifications including "HR as a Business Partner," "Recruiting Foundations: Recruiting for In-House Recruiters," and "Technical Recruiting," from LinkedIn in August 2022.
