Nicole Leblond

Nicole "Nicki" Leblond has extensive experience in human resources and training within Weins Canada Inc., having held various managerial roles since 1990. Currently serving as Manager of People Training, Engagement, and Performance since May 2022, Nicole has previously worked as Manager of Talent & Employee Relations, Manager of Employee Relations, and has coordinated training and development initiatives to enhance organizational growth and employee satisfaction. Nicole's background includes responsibilities in recruiting, health and safety, and disability claims management, alongside roles focusing on training coordination and employee onboarding. Nicole holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Seneca Polytechnic and has also studied at Ryerson University.
