Benoit Mercier is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, and business strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Customer Director at Weird Fish Clothing since November 2019, Benoit developed and implemented a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan that significantly increased EBITDA. Prior to this, Benoit held leadership roles at White Stuff, where the online business grew from £28 million to £60 million, and at Fanatics International Ltd., focusing on developing international eCommerce strategies. Benoit also founded Sport4U, was an International Strategist for JD Sports Fashion plc, and managed online sales at JD Williams. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Judge Business School, as well as advanced degrees in Marketing and Business from The University of Huddersfield and Ecole Nantaise.
