Christina Tereshyn is an Partner at WeirFoulds with a practice that focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including the acquisition, sale, financing, co-ownership and development of all classes of commercial properties, including offices and retail facilities, big box shopping centres, multi-residential complexes, mining properties, hotels and industrial buildings.

Christina has extensive experience assisting clients across a wide range of industries with all aspects of their real estate development projects, from start to finish. She also provides advice on a wide variety of property related agreements, including easements, licences, restrictive covenants and other agreements related to the use, operation and development of real property.

Christina is actively engaged in the legal profession and has a passion for advancing the issues and causes relevant to women in the industry. She is a member of Toronto Commercial Real Estate Women (Toronto CREW), an organization committed to providing networking and leadership opportunities to empower women to excel, influence and lead throughout their commercial real estate careers, and is also on the committee of WeirFoulds Women, an internal group dedicated to advancing and empowering women in various skill sets to benefit every aspect of their professional and personal lives.

Prior to joining WeirFoulds, Christina received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. While at UOIT, Christina was captain of the Varsity Women’s ice hockey team, was recognized as Female Athlete of the Year and was the recipient of the OUA Women of Influence series award.
