Renee Hanson

Renee Hanson, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance Technology and Process Improvement at Weis Builders, a role that emphasizes the documentation of systems, the incorporation of customer feedback, and the creation of efficiencies through innovative technological enhancements. Prior to this position, Renee worked as a Consultant for FP&A and Accounting at Brillect, re-entering the consulting sphere with enthusiasm for diverse challenges. Renee's extensive experience at Ryan Companies US, Inc. included roles as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and Manager of Corporate Accounting, where responsibilities included formulating financial plans and leading budgeting processes. Previous experience also includes managing financial organization for small to medium-sized businesses at Schechter Dokken Kanter and initiating a career in tax preparation as a Tax Intern at Olsen Thielen. Renee holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
