Michael T. Lockard, CPA, CIA, CMA, CFM, CGMA, serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Weis Markets since January 2021. Michael's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Walmart, where responsibilities encompassed Information Systems and Finance within North America Financial Shared Services, and a position as Vice President and CFO at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, overseeing a $1B district. Michael’s career at UPS spanned nearly 18 years in progressive finance and accounting roles. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both from Bellarmine University, with the latter earned cum laude.
