Emily Alt is an experienced recruiter and human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and employee management. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Weisiger Group since January 2024, previous roles include Recruiting at Ascendum Machinery, where leadership, sales, and technical recruiting efforts were led, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Galvan Industries, Inc., overseeing HR policies, employee relations, and compliance. Emily also has extensive experience in plant safety management from a position at National Gypsum Company, along with operational roles at NASCAR Hall of Fame managing admissions and sales. Emily holds a BS in Management and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
