Joel Elkins

Joel E. Elkins is an associate in the Los Angeles office. He received his B.A in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1986, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southwestern Law School (J.D. 2007). Mr. Elkins is admitted to the Bar of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California.
