Andrew Folkner

Andrew Folkner is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in business and civil litigation. Currently a Partner at Weissman since June 2018, Andrew has also served as an Associate Attorney at Thompson O'Brien Kemp & Nasuti, P.C. from 2016 to 2018 and at Kitchens Kelley Gaynes, P.C. from 2014 to 2016, where expertise included trial practice, bankruptcy, and creditor's rights, among other areas. Prior to these roles, Andrew worked as an Intellectual Property Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University Office of Legal Affairs, and as a Summer Clerk for Federal District Court Judge Thomas Varlan. Andrew holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law (2013) and a degree in Management with a focus on Operations and Marketing from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business (2008).
