Weissman
Gretchen Curtis has a diverse work experience in marketing and media strategy. Gretchen has most recently served as the Vice President of Marketing at Weissman, where they were responsible for leading brand strategy, campaign planning, ecommerce, direct mail, email, social media, SEM, customer analysis, process development, and ROI reporting. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Media Strategy at Panera Bread, where they established and led the Media department, directed internal teams and media agencies, and maintained rigorous standards for ROI measurement. Gretchen also has experience in media strategy at Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc., where they developed media strategy for various brands, including Budweiser and Bud Light. Additionally, Gretchen has worked as the Marketing Director at Schlafly Beer and as a Business and Planning Analyst at Boeing.
Gretchen Curtis earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing from Truman State University, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued further education at Saint Louis University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from 1999 to 2002.

Weissman employs hundreds of people at its headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, and produces much of its inventory at its adjoining factory. Weissman sells wholesale to businesses, and also direct to consumer under Dancewear Solutions. House brands include Weissman costumes and Balera dancewear. Its products are sold domestically and around the globe. Founded over 60 years ago by Rose and Julius Weissman, Weissman is an industry leader in design quality, technology and customer relations.
