Dan Bergeron, CPA, a real estate accounting professional with more than 20 years of experience, is Controller working with the commercial real estate services firm’s statewide operations.
As controller, Bergeron is responsible for all property accounting for Weitzman-owned and third-party managed assets. His oversight extends across treasury functions, financial reporting, assistance with tax preparation, partnership compliance, debt service management, and accounting systems maintenance and improvements. Bergeron manages a team of approximately 30 accounting professionals.

Weitzman offers commercial real estate brokerage services, including project and tenant representation, leasing, sales, and general brokerage. On the asset side, Weitzman offers full-service property management, asset management, and development services.
