Jeff Nebrat

Jeff Nebrat is City Partner and head of the Austin office of Weitzman. Nebrat is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Austin office, including overseeing its development, acquisitions, asset management, property management and brokerage services. Weitzman is currently responsible for a managed portfolio of approximately 3.6 million square feet and a leasing portfolio of approximately 10.1 million square feet in Central Texas. Nebrat previously worked as Director of Asset and Property Management for the Austin office, where he directed the asset management of a portfolio of approximately 2.4 million square feet of retail and commercial real estate projects and oversaw the property management and construction services for the office. Since joining Weitzman, Nebrat has been involved in the development, re-development and acquisition of approximately 1.1 million square feet of commercial properties.
