Weitzman Management
Stephanie Toliver, CPA, an experienced financial executive, is Chief Financial Officer of Weitzman. In this position, she manages the company's finances, assess financial risks and opportunities and set and track financial goals, objectives and budgets.
Most recently, Toliver served as the CFO for HealthCap Partners, LLC, where she was responsible for financial reporting, investor relations, debt procurement, and coordination of acquisition and disposition of assets, among other duties. She entered the finance and accounting profession in 2001 with KMPG, LLP.
Weitzman Management
Weitzman offers commercial real estate brokerage services, including project and tenant representation, leasing, sales, and general brokerage. On the asset side, Weitzman offers full-service property management, asset management, and development services.
