Oshrat Horowitz

Oshrat Horowitz currently serves as the Head of Organizational Learning at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where responsibilities include driving learning and development initiatives, implementing strategic programs, and leading cross-functional projects for operational excellence and innovation. Previous experience includes leading the Hybrid Learning Program at the Ministry of Education Israel, focusing on innovative online teaching methods, and managing an ERP transformation project at the Israeli non-profit organization "אותי." Oshrat co-founded Kapit Kitchen Accessories and held roles in training management at NICE Actimize and as an Armored Corps Training Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Learning and Technology from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies.
