Nabila Benchiheb

Nabila Benchiheb has over 20 years of experience in payroll management and human resources information systems, currently serving as Responsable Paie et SIRH at WEKA since July 2016, managing a payroll portfolio of approximately 300 employees across multiple companies with varying collective agreements. Prior roles include Gestionnaire Paie Experte at PAPREC GROUP, overseeing 450 to 500 employees and handling diverse payroll processes, as well as prior accounting positions at Ciel Groupe Sage, CGS Conseil, and Fidecca. Nabila Benchiheb holds a Technicien Paie degree from ENOES, a DECF in Accounting and Finance from the Centre Européen Formation Professionnelle, and a BTS in Accounting and Business Management from Lycée Jacques Brel.
