Sourav Sekhar

Sourav Sekhar is the founder of Wekalp, where a passion for simplifying professional lives through problem-solving is being pursued since July 2022. Prior to this, Sourav served as the Head of Sales and Business Development at Verisk Financial from June 2013 to February 2022, gaining extensive experience in product management, delivery management, and business development with a focus on market expansion. Earlier roles include corporate advisory at Deutsche Bank, where notable transactions included AIA's acquisition of ING Malaysia and significant buy-side advisory projects. Sourav began a career in management consulting at Capgemini Consulting and holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business, as well as a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
