Eduardo Medeiros Cardoso has a long and varied work experience. Eduardo began their career in 2007 as a Co-Founder of Echo Music. In 2012, they became a Co-Founder and Co-CEO at ClickBus Latin America and a Senior Director of Business Development at Easy Taxi. In 2015, they took on the role of Global Director of E-commerce and Digital Innovation at Mabe Corporativo. In 2016, they were a Country Manager at PSafe Mexico and an Advisory Board Member at VARIV Capital. In 2017, they became Co-Founder (EXIT to VTEX) at Escuela de Internet. In 2018, they were an Advisory Digital Board Member at Grupo Axo. In 2019, they took on the role of Global Director of E-Commerce, Marketplace and Omnichannel at Elektra. In 2020, they became Chief Digital Officer - LATAM and CEAM at Office Depot Mexico. Finally, in 2021, they became Co-Founder & CEO at WelbeCare.

Eduardo Medeiros Cardoso has an extensive education history. In 2005, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in environmental engineering from Centro Universitário Senac. The following year, they attended Universitat d'Alacant and completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Enviromental Studies. From 2010 to 2011, they completed a Pós-Graduado in Administração com ênfase em Marketing Estratégico from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. In 2011, they completed a Pós-Graduação in Docência Acadêmica from Centro Universitário Senac. In 2006, they attended University of Oxford and completed a Summer Course in Business and Entrepreneurship. In 2012, they attended University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and completed Entrepreneurship - Executives Programs - Fall & Spring. Finally, in 2019, they completed an Executive Education in Digital Transformation: Leading People, Data & Technology from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
