Brynne Dailey

Brynne Dailey, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in provider relations and operational management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Provider Relations at WelbeHealth since June 2022, Brynne previously held multiple roles at Oscar Health from November 2015 to October 2021, including Senior Manager of Operations for the West Region, where strategic partnerships were built with major hospital systems and quality organizations to enhance operational efficiency. Brynne's background also includes positions at Health Net as a Quality Improvement Specialist, where innovative outreach campaigns were designed, and as Health Education coordinator, developing educational initiatives. Earlier career experiences involved project management in reproductive health education at UCLA and health education internships at Santa Barbara County Public Health Department. Brynne holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education from UC Santa Barbara.
