Crystal Lake-Akinnuoye has a diverse work experience that spans several positions and companies. Crystal currently works as a Primary Care Provider for WelbeHealth, where they are part of a team that assists elderly individuals in maintaining their independence in a home setting as long as possible. Prior to that, they worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Golden Valley Health Centers and Signify Health from 2019 to 2022. Crystal also has experience working as a Case Manager/Weekend On-Call Nurse at Caris Healthcare LP from 2014 to 2018, and as a Clinical Coordinator/Floater at Carolina Health Centers, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. Crystal Lake-Akinnuoye briefly had a period of seeking opportunities as a New Grad FNP in 2018.

Crystal Lake-Akinnuoye, MSN, FNP-C, RN has a diverse education history in the healthcare field. Crystal began their education journey in 2002 at Piedmont Technical College, where they earned a Medical Assistant and Health Science Certificate, specializing as a Certified Medical Assistant. This was followed by a 2005-2007 stint at the same institution, where they obtained a degree in Practical Nursing.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Crystal pursued an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Piedmont Technical College between 2008 and 2009. Building upon this foundation, they went on to complete their Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Chamberlain University from 2011 to 2013.

Eager to continue their professional growth, Crystal enrolled in Chamberlain University once again in 2015 to pursue a Master's degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing, which they completed in 2018. Today, as an MSN, FNP-C, RN, Crystal is equipped with a comprehensive educational background to deliver quality healthcare as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
