CEO at WelbeHealth

Si France is the CEO at WelbeHealth, a position they have held since December 2015. Prior to that, they were the founder and CEO of GoHealth Urgent Care from January 2011 to December 2015. Si led GoHealth Urgent Care from a garage whiteboard to national rollout of "Urgent Care 2.0" centers, seamlessly integrated with market-leading hospital systems. The company won an ICSC Award in 2015 for their design and had high staff and patient satisfaction. In 2014, Si sold a controlling stake in GoHealth Urgent Care to TPG.

From January 2008 to December 2012, Si worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Si led operational transformation across several hospital systems for bottom-line impact, served leading private equity funds on thesis development and acquisition diligence, and developed knowledge around the combined impact of economic volatility and policy in the Health Reform Institute.

Si France attended the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where they earned their MD. They then attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they earned their MBA. Finally, they attended the University of Puget Sound.
