Yin Tung Mpa

Yin Tung has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Yin is currently employed at WelbeHealth as the SVP East Coast Market Development, a role they assumed in September 2021. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, Yin served as the Chief Operating Officer at CAIPA MSO. Yin also held the position of VP Network Management at Chinese American IPA, Inc. from 2012 until 2021. Yin's earlier roles include an Administrator In Training at NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation from 2011 to 2012, an Asian Program Manager/Contract Negotiator at Metropolitan Jewish Health System - Elderplan, Inc from 2005 to 2011, a Provider Service Representative at Amerigroup Corporation from 2004 to 2005, and a Marketing Representative at Health First from 2003 to 2003. Throughout their work experience, Yin has shown expertise in areas such as market development, network management, contract negotiation, and community outreach.

Yin Tung, MPA, obtained a Master's in Public Administration from Long Island University from 2007 to 2009. During this time, Yin specialized in Health Administration and also earned an Advanced Certificate in Gerontology. Prior to that, Yin completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Minnesota, spanning from 1999 to 2001.
