Carl Bowater

Carl Bowater has a significant amount of experience in operations management. Carl currently holds the position of Operations Director at Welbilt Inc. since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Operations at MAHLE from October 2017 to May 2018. Carl also served as an Operations Manager at Gestamp from June 2015 to May 2016 and as the Head of Operations at Terex Corporation Coventry UK from February 2014 to May 2015. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Plant Manager at Eaton Corporation from May 2013 to February 2014 and at Eaton, Brierley Hill from May 1994 to April 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Manufacturing Manager at Eaton from June 2001 to May 2010, where they focused on implementing lean manufacturing techniques and achieving high standards of quality and performance.

Carl Bowater attended the University of Wolverhampton from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In 2004, Carl also briefly attended the Cranfield School of Management for General Management Development, although they did not graduate with a degree in this field.
