Serkan Dumanoglu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Serkan started their career as an Optometrist at Brillen-Galerie GmbH in 1998, where they were responsible for measuring clients' eye sizes and preparing work orders for eyeglasses. Serkan then worked as a Freelancer at Optivue from 2003 to 2007, selling various optical products and providing eye care services to customers.

In 2007, Serkan joined Allianz AG as a Sales Manager, but later moved to CompuGroup Medical AG in 2008 as a Key Account Sales representative. At CompuGroup Medical, they focused on sales and client management.

In 2012, Serkan joined RATIONAL AG as a Regional Manager Middle East, where they successfully managed the region until 2016. Serkan then took on the role of Sales Director from 2017 until 2019. At RATIONAL AG, they were responsible for sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
