Lisa Dill is an experienced project manager and engineering professional with a comprehensive background in the medical device and automotive industries. Currently serving as Project Manager at Welch Fluorocarbon Inc. since September 2019, Lisa oversees projects for a medical device contract manufacturer. Previously, Lisa held various engineering roles at Continental from October 2011 to September 2019, including Research & Development Engineer and Project Manager for Air Induction Systems Tool Design. Lisa's expertise extends to process validation, tooling development, and process optimization, with a strong emphasis on Lean Manufacturing principles. An alumnus of the University of Colorado Boulder, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2011, with notable research in aerostatic air bearings and airflow in surgical environments.

All thermoformed components are manufactured at Welch Fluorocarbon’s 15,000 square foot facility located in Dover, New Hampshire. The Welch Fluorocarbon Team specializes in providing unique solutions with thin Fluoropolymer films like Teflon® film. We are experts in converting thin fluoropolymer films into intricate three dimensional shapes using the technique of thermoforming.
