James Derrick Wilson

James Derrick Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the packaging industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Welch Packaging's Nashville Box since September 2023, James previously co-founded Nashville Box, where responsibilities spanned from company creation to operational oversight prior to its acquisition by Welch Packaging. James's career includes significant roles at Graphic Packaging International, where responsibilities ranged from Plant General Manager to Production Control Manager, and at WestRock Company as Plant Manager and Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Continuous Improvement Manager at Rock-Tenn Company and various roles during academic tenure at Cumberland University, where James earned an MBA and a BBA.
