Lisa Ciampolillo

Lisa Ciampolillo has over 25 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness. Lisa most recently served as the Head of Culture and Talent at Welch's, where they were responsible for driving the company's business transformation and establishing a high-performance culture. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Hasbro, including Director of Talent Management and Director of Global Learning & Development, where they led the strategy and execution of talent development programs and initiatives. Lisa also has experience in corporate learning services, having worked as a Director at MultiPlan and as a Team Leader at Private Healthcare Systems. Lisa started their career as a Training Specialist at Thomson & Thomson, where they were responsible for designing and delivering training programs. Throughout their career, Lisa has been recognized as a trusted advisor and collaborator to senior leaders, and has built innovative development experiences to increase capability and engage the workforce.

Lisa Ciampolillo earned a Masters of Science degree in Training and Development from Lesley University, which they attended from 1998 to 2000. Before that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1985 to 1989.

In addition to their academic degrees, Lisa Ciampolillo has obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching. Lisa also received certifications from Hogan Assessment Systems in December 2018 and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator in July 2018.
