Lauren Hammarstedt

Lauren Hammarstedt has extensive experience in various leadership roles within product management and customer success. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Product Management at Optimizely. Prior to this, they held positions at Welcome, an Optimizely Company, where they served as the Head of Product Growth and VP of Global Professional Services, Customer Success. Lauren also held roles as VP of Platform Services, Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Solutions Consultant at the same company. Additionally, Hammarstedt was a Founding Member at Dreamers // Doers, a Board Member at Birds Nest Foundation, and held leadership positions at Applico, Public Consulting Group, Shaping New Horizons, and Babson Rwanda Entrepreneurship Center. Lauren began their career as a Project Manager Intern at New England Consulting Group and a Program Management Intern at Interbrand.
