Teddy Helfrich

Teddy Helfrich has over 10 years of professional experience. In 2020 they were Vice President of Sales at WelcomeHome Software. From 2018 to 2020 they were at Gather, where they held several roles including Sales Manager, AE Team Lead, and Account Executive II. Prior to Gather, Teddy was in the US Navy from 2011 to 2018, where they held roles such as Operations Consultant, Head of Training and Development, and Head of Operations. In their role as Operations Consultant, they were responsible for managing Allied and Partner relations while conducting in depth analysis of U.S. naval operations and exercises in the European and African continents. As Head of Training and Development, they managed, organized, and implemented the training and readiness program for over 3,000 personnel and over $3B worth of equipment. As Head of Operations, they were responsible for advancing US diplomacy in Central and South America.

Teddy Helfrich attended the United States Naval Academy from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Economics and Spanish.
