Alim Bhanji

Alim Bhanji serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer at Weld-Con Engineering and Construction since June 2012, where responsibilities include leading project operations, logistics, engineering, construction, and business development strategies. Additionally, Alim Bhanji is a member of the MEPA Chapter Forum for the Entrepreneurs' Organization since November 2019. Previous experience includes roles as a Power Plant Sales Engineer at MAN Diesel & Turbo and as a Hydro Engineer at e.quinox, contributing to the design and implementation of a pico hydroelectric power plant in Rwanda. Alim Bhanji holds a Credential of Readiness (CORe) in Business Analytics, Economics, and Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
