Drew Kelly

Drew Kelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business excellence, information technology, and data management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Excellence and IT Manager at Weldaloy Specialty Forgings since December 2013, Drew has driven organizational change through value stream mapping and process improvement initiatives. Prior roles include Business Intelligence Analyst and Applications Systems Analyst, where Drew successfully led significant software upgrades. Previous experience includes a brief tenure as Business Intelligence Manager at Merchant Funding and as Data Manager at Mango Languages, where Drew developed strategic approaches to client engagement that enhanced contract values. Early career experience in the JET Program included a distinguished role as an Assistant Language Teacher, which led to recognition for superior performance. Drew holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Management from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
