Kelly Mellert began their work experience as a Graphic Designer at Worldwide Ticketcraft in 2004. Kelly designed ticket books and sheets for various athletic events and collaborated with customer service representatives to create proofs for tickets, badges, parking, and wristbands in the event admission industry. Kelly then worked as a Production Project Manager, responsible for managing the Graphics Department and developing thermal ticket designs. At the same company, they later became the Creative Services Manager, overseeing tasks such as Ecommerce Product Management, Graphic Design, Web Design, and Email Marketing. Kelly expanded the design gallery and product catalog, increased website leads and conversions, and managed customer data and analytics. In 2015, they joined Worldwide Ticketcraft - A Division of WW&L as an Ecommerce Manager, where they developed an e-commerce growth strategy and implemented campaigns to improve client service and increase conversions. In 2017, they transitioned to Weldon, Williams & Lick, Inc as a Director of Ecommerce, focusing on creating an efficient and scalable customer experience. Kelly drove business profitability through analytics, content management, and E-commerce while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining budget-friendly initiatives. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Intelligence, CRM & Ecommerce at the same company, utilizing Hubspot CRM to provide comprehensive reporting and analysis, which enhances the client's experience and drives better performance.

Kelly Mellert completed their high school education at Barron Collier High School from 1999 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design at The Art Institutes, which they completed from 2002 to 2005.
