William Beers

William Beers has a diverse range of work experience in the field of education and instructional design. William currently holds the position of VP of Learning Experience Design at WeLearn Learning Services, where they are responsible for creating engaging and transformative learning experiences. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Learning Designer and COO at Escape the Classroom, where they led instructional design efforts and worked on projects such as PerfectlyEmployed.

Before joining WeLearn Learning Services and Escape the Classroom, William worked as a Course Builder at TNTP, where they prepared course materials and provided design suggestions based on instructional design best practices. William also held various roles at Lake-Sumter State College, including Student Development and Education Instructor and eLearning Instructional Designer and Faculty Mentor. In these positions, they focused on online and hybrid course design, faculty training, and the administration of the Blackboard learning management system.
