Alicia Idoux

Alicia Idoux is an experienced scientific professional with a strong background in natural and organic cosmetics and plant biotechnology. At Weleda AG since June 2018, Alicia Idoux serves as a Scientific Officer and co-head of Actives Development R&D, focusing on the development of active ingredients. Previously, Alicia Idoux was the Head of Laboratory and Projects at DXC RT, where responsibilities included establishing a new laboratory for secondary metabolite production in Switzerland. Alicia Idoux also held the position of Lab Leader at ROOTec bioactives AG, managing a team and contributing to the analysis and characterization of metabolites, leading to publications and patent submissions. Alicia Idoux's academic background includes a Master's degree in Agronomy and Crop Sciences from ENSAT and foundational studies in Biology at ENCPB.
