Silke Bochat

Silke Bochat is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Design at Weleda AG, Silke has held prominent positions such as Head of Design for Europe and Africa-Eurasia at Colgate and Head of Design/Sr Director for Eastern Europe at PepsiCo. In addition, Silke contributes as a member of the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley UX Awards and serves as an Executive Advisor and Co-Conspirator at Verified. Silke's educational background includes a Diploma from Köln International School of Design, achieved with commendation, and currently pursuing an MBA at NEXT MBA.
