Gayle Grindley

Gayle Grindley is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for North America at Weleda, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Grindley was the Head of Sales at Bee's Wrap from December 2022 to November 2023, and the Director of New Business Development at Grove Collaborative from May 2021 to December 2022. Prior roles include Sales Director for Naturals at Unilever and Sales Director at Seventh Generation, among others. Grindley has extensive experience managing national strategic and specialty accounts and has held various positions at Burt's Bees and New Vision International, focusing on sales management and field development. Education was completed at Louisiana State University from 1991 to 1995.
