Lee Reichenbach

Lee Reichenbach SHRM-CP currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Welia Health since April 2024, having previously held the same title at Riverwood Healthcare Center from July 2018 to April 2024. Lee has extensive experience in human resources, including serving as the Market Human Resources Manager for Walmart from August 2010 to August 2018, overseeing HR functions for nine stores and managing a workforce of over 2,000 associates. Lee also held the position of Market Health & Wellness Director at Walmart, focusing on recruitment and compliance for pharmacy and vision center operations. Educationally, Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse between 1986 and 1991.
