F. Duane Conners

F. Duane Conners has extensive work experience in various roles across multiple companies. F. Duane co-founded and served as the CEO and Board Chair of WellConnected LLC since September 2019. Prior to this, in 2018, they worked as an Investment Associate at the Western New York Impact Investment Fund. In 2015, they were a Planning Board Member at the Town of Alden.

Furthermore, Conners founded and served as the CEO of rprt from October 2015 to August 2022, specializing in reporting environments and solid data practices for nonprofit and nontertiary care providers. F. Duane was also a Partner at VBP Forward from September 2018 to April 2021, helping healthcare organizations develop value and implement population health solutions.

Conners co-founded the Center of Excellence for Infection Prevention and Control (COEIPAC) in January 2017, working to accelerate and support innovative solutions in infection prevention. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Business Development at Infonaut from May 2016 to March 2017.

Their earlier experience includes working as the Manager of Network Finance at HealthNow New York Inc. from October 2015 to May 2016 and as a Financial Analyst at North American Breweries, Inc. from June 2015 to September 2015.

Conners began their career at Kaleida Health in 2008, where they held various roles. As a Senior Decision Support Advisor at Buffalo General Medical Center & Corporate Administration from June 2013 to June 2015, they provided financial and clinical analysis to site project and management teams. F. Duane also served as the Manager of Budget and Financial Analysis from July 2008 to June 2013, leading a team in creating a service line-based budget and providing financial analysis and projections across the organization.

F. Duane Conners attended Pioneer Central from 1996 to 2000 but did not receive a degree or study any specific field during this period. F. Duane then enrolled at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York from 2000 to 2004. F. Duane successfully completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Financial Analysis.
