Chris Amos is a seasoned professional in the petroleum engineering field with extensive experience in well control and real-time operations. Currently serving as a Well Control Instructor at Well Control School since October 2022, Chris teaches IADC WellSharp certification classes focusing on surface and subsea stacks and workover/completions. Prior roles include Senior RTOC Monitoring Engineer at Shell - Cenergy International Services and consulting, where Chris monitored drilling data for operations in the Gulf of Mexico and internationally, emphasizing well control and non-productive time reduction.
