Jessica Watrous

Jessica Watrous, Ph.D., serves as the Senior Director of Clinical Research & Scientific Affairs at Modern Health since February 2022 and has held various roles in clinical research and scientific affairs within the same organization. Additionally, Jessica is involved with WELL as a member of the Fall 2022 Career Accelerator Cohort and operates Intention Health Psychology as the Owner, Founder, and Therapist. Jessica also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Previous experience includes leadership and research positions at the Naval Health Research Center and Leidos, along with roles at Scripps Health, the University of California, San Diego, and the San Diego VA Health Care System. Jessica earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Memphis and a BA in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus.
