Katy Fleming, LPC, BSN, RN, is a skilled mental health professional and registered nurse with extensive experience in various roles within healthcare and counseling. Currently a Founding Member at WELL since January 2025, Katy's previous positions include Project Manager at Soaringwords, Content Writer at Dr. Noze Best, and Nurse Manager-Therapist at REFUGE FOR WOMEN, INC. Katy has also served as a Clinical Research Coordinator and Registered Nurse at UPMC, and held multiple leadership roles at Merakey, where responsibilities ranged from Director to Program Manager. Additionally, Katy has experience as a Counselor at SpiritLife and a Detox Counselor at Pyramid Healthcare, along with an early role as a Care Team Member at Autism Home Support Services, Inc. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School, an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Westmoreland County Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Geneva College, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Capella University.
