Lindsay Ayearst, PhD, is an experienced independent consultant specializing in digital health startups, focusing on M&A and VC readiness through the assessment of pitch decks and scientific data, as well as guiding product innovation and market differentiation. With prior roles including Senior Director at Modus Outcomes and Chief Scientific Officer at Revibe Technologies, Lindsay has also contributed as a grant reviewer for the NIH and held various scientific advisory positions.
