Darrielle Dean

Darrielle Dean is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the education and retail sectors. Currently serving as Senior People Partner at Bestway Healthcare UK since January 2022, Darrielle previously held the position of Head of HR at St Patricks RC High School and Teaching School, delivering strategic HR services across multiple high schools for the Catholic Collaboration within Salford Diocese. Prior to that, Darrielle was HR Manager for Jon Richard Ltd, overseeing HR operations across the UK and ROI retail sectors. Earlier career experiences include Regional HR Advisor at Arnold Clark, HR Advisor at Servoca Plc, and HR Administrator at Greater Manchester Police. Darrielle holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from The University of Salford, earned between 2010 and 2013.
