Jo Razak

Jo Razak is an experienced pharmacy manager currently leading operations at Well Pharmacy since November 2020. With a focus on staff development, financial management, and collaboration with local GP surgeries, Jo ensures the pharmacy remains responsive to industry challenges. As the founder of We Host 4 You since January 2018, Jo oversees a short let management company servicing the Gatwick and Brighton areas. Prior to this, Jo gained valuable experience as a pharmacy manager and relief pharmacist at LloydsPharmacy from July 2015 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing diverse workloads and ensuring compliance. Jo completed a Master of Pharmacy degree at the University of Brighton from 2011 to 2015.
