Derek Leith

Derek Leith currently serves as the Non Executive Director at Well-Safe Solutions and Chairperson at Solas, a Scottish registered charity. Derek is also the Chair of the Board of Trustees at India Village Ministries, another Scottish registered charity supporting an orphanage in India. With a background in tax advisory roles at EY, including as EY UK Sustainability Tax Leader and Global oil and gas tax leader, Derek has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Their career also includes roles at BP and HM Revenue & Customs. Derek holds a Master of Arts degree in Politics/Philosophy from the University of Aberdeen, and is a member of ACCA and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
