Dylan Weinrich

Dylan Weinrich has extensive experience in the flowback services industry, currently serving as Midcon Operations Manager at Falcon-EFS Flowback Services since May 2016. Prior to this role, Dylan held various positions at Falcon Flowback, including Operations Manager/Northern Field Manager and Well Supervisor/Lead Flow Hand, contributing to the company since March 2012. Additionally, Dylan served as Northern Field Supervisor at Falcon Flowback services from March 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Lease Operator/Flow Hand at Erick Flowback Services, LLC from January 2011 to January 2012, and as a Firefighter for Mustang Fire Department from January 2009 to January 2011. Dylan's educational background includes training in fire science and emergency services from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City and specialized education in farriery from Oklahoma Horse Showing School.
