Guilherme Catarino

Guilherme Catarino is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as General Manager of Wella Brasil since December 2020, Guilherme has played a key role in the Americas Leadership Team, overseeing one of the top Wella operations globally. Previously, Guilherme held leadership positions at Wella LATAM and Coty Inc., managing professional divisions across Central America, the Caribbean, and South America, and was responsible for the professional division in Latin America. Prior experience at Procter & Gamble includes roles focused on sales, marketing, and customer strategy. Guilherme began a career in education as a high school teacher, fostering analytical skills. Educational qualifications include a Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation from MIT and an MBA in Strategic and Economic Market Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
