Chelsea McCrum has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Team Member and Trainer at Target. Chelsea then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Iowa State University in 2014. Chelsea went on to work as an HR Data Integrity Coordinator for UnityPoint Health in 2015. Chelsea then joined ACS- Associated Computer Systems and worked as both a Human Resources Coordinator and a Human Resources Generalist from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Chelsea worked as a Human Resources Specialist at The Iowa Clinic. Chelsea then joined Hubbell Realty Company, where they worked as an HR Generalist and later as an HR Business Partner from 2018 to 2021. Most recently, Chelsea has been working at Carrier Access, Inc. as a Human Resources Business Partner since 2021. In 2023, they will be starting a new role as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Wellabe.
Chelsea McCrum attended Iowa State University from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. Additionally, they also completed a minor in Business Administration and Management, General at Iowa State University.
In terms of certifications, Chelsea obtained a Certified Compensation Analyst (CCA) certification from the Compensation Analyst Academy in March 2022. Chelsea also obtained a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in January 2021. Chelsea is currently in the process of obtaining a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
